How long does delivery take?

Standard Shipping:

• European countries: 5~10 Business Days

Expedited Shipping:

Priority Shipping:

• European countries: 2~5 Business Days

What countries do you ship to?

Theoretically, we ship to US, European Countries, UK, and China. However, please contact us if you live in a city that don't usually see Amazon FBA too much. Please send us an email before you place an order. Thank you!

How will my delivery be shipped?

Amazon functions as our logistics partner to ship out déAccessories products. They will choose the carrier that they think works best for our customers. (Usually FBA)

When can I get the tracking information?

Tracking information is usually available within 1 or 3 business days (not including preparation time), depending on the shipping method you choose.

I ordered more than one item. Will they all be delivered at the same time?

We try to make sure all your items reach you at the same time. Sometimes our products are not always sent together since different shipping options can be used, depending on the product. Once an item has been shipped, you will receive a shipment notification email with the tracking information.

Can I change the delivery address of my package after it has been shipped out?

Unfortunately, we cannot change the shipment once the product is en route. Please check your address information carefully.

What do I need to do when I received a different product/empty package?

Definitely contact us and complain about it! :D

People do mistakes, we and the staff in Amazon Fulfillment Center will do too. But don’t worry, we will replace a new order with the right item based on your order. Please don’t forget to tell us the order ID, tracking information (if available), to help us to address the issue as quickly as possible. We’ll get back to you within 24 hours.
