All orders qualify for free shipping (no minimum order value required). For an expedited service, you can choose express delivery for an additional fee of £10.

When will my order be delivered?

Delivery time: processing time (48 hours) + shipping time (3–5 calendar days). If your order does not arrive within this time, contact us with order number and email address

When will I receive the shipment tracking?

Tracking is available 1-3 business days after shipment. You will receive an email with the details.

Can I change my address?

Unfortunately, changes after shipping are not possible. Please check your address before ordering.

Will all items be delivered at the same time?

We will try to ship simultaneously. Sometimes items will be shipped separately due to different shipping methods. You will receive a notification via email.
