Full Refund Period:

Undamaged products may be returned for a full refund for any reason within 30 days since you receive the product. Once the returned item arrives back in our warehouse for inspection, the refund process will begin.

Refund requests for the 30-day money-back guarantee expire 30 days after opening a warranty claim. It is not possible to process a request for a refund for non-quality issues for items that have expired this 30-day window. For purchases not made directly through déAccessories.io, please contact retailers for refunds.

For quality-related issues:

We provide lifetime warranty for all of dé products. This means if the item is NOT damaged in purpose nor by misuse, please feel free to contact us and ask for a replacement or other solution. We are open to discuss and solve the problem in the easiest way possible.

Return cost cover:

We will cover up to $5 of your return cost.
