Trouble getting the car charger into the cigarette lighter?

To secure a firm connection between the car charger and the cigarette lighter, we designed our first batch of products to be a little bit tighter than usual. Please just apply more pressure on the car charger to get it in.💪

Car Charger Silicone Cover removed easily?

We designed the cover to be removable. When the cover is on, it adds a sense of premium touch and more grip to plug and unplug. It might move around a bit, not because it’s a defective product, but we designed it to be removable. Feel free to take it off whenever you want.

iPhone not charging fast enough?

For 20W fast charging, we recommend USB-C to Lighting cable. USB to Lightning cable can only support up tp 12W.

Are these products safe to use?

Yes, we do safety tests for every piece of our products. Some of them have related certifications. For example, our coiled USB/USB-C to Lightning cables are officially Apple MFi certified & fully support CarPlay.

How long is your warranty period?

Our products are covered against manufacturer defects for a lifetime period. If you received a faulty product, please contact us directly or on Amazon (or DM us on Instagram), and we will send you a replacement unit.
